With over 15 years of experience across social impact and development ecosystems, Vinod Raut has worked closely with communities, institutions, and global organisations such as UNDP and GIZ - building a grounded understanding of how solutions interact with real-world contexts.
Complementing this, Mahesh Tudavekar brings over 15 years of experience in technology and systems, having worked with organisations such as Microsoft, Tesco, and Fidelity Investments. Coming from a rural background, he combines technical depth with a strong connection to grassroots realities.
Together, this perspective enables ShiftFuture to bridge innovation and markets in a way that is both practical and scalable - ensuring that solutions are not only introduced, but meaningfully adopted and sustained.
